Family Tree Club Membership Packs - September 2022!
We are incredibly excited to start preparations for your next wine club shipment. We have some beautiful wines to send out to you and want to ensure they arrive safely at your door for you to enjoy this Spring.
It is absolutley critical that you please take a couple of moments to log in to your account to confirm whether you are still happy with your current wine club selection and check that all your details are correct. Please check the following and update as required:
- Your Delivery Address
- Your Credit Card Number
- Credit Card Expiry date - we find that this is the main cause of problems with pack processing
Please note that the deadline to update your details and/or change your wine pack selection is 5pm Friday the 11th of February which is the end of next week.
CUSTOM CLUB PACK MEMBERS - PLEASE CHECK OR SELECT YOUR WINES NOW
If you have a custom membership (either a six-pack or a dozen), please LOG IN to your account to check that you have all your wines selected, otherwise the syste will default to auto-select more wines based on your previous selections. Once logged in, click on "Your Wine Club" on the left hand menu, then click the black "Edit Club" button. You can then review which wines you have selected and make any necessary changes to your pack.
SEASONAL PACKS AND WINEMAKER'S DOZEN - WHAT YOU'LL BE RECEIVING
Below is a link (blue) to the wines scheduled to be included in the September Club packs; the Seasonal Six-Pack, Seasonal Dozen and Winemaker's Dozen. Please note, we cannot make any changes to wines included in these packs as they are pre-packed at a warehosue off-site from our cellar door.
SEPTEMBER CLUB PACKS
If you would prefer to select your own wines, the best option is to change your membership to either a "Custom 6-Pack" or "Custom Dozen" - you can change your Club Membership once you have logged in to your account online.
We will start charging credit cards from Tuesday the 1stof March through to Friday the 12th of March. depending on which Club selection you are a part of.
We dispatch all our Eastern States orders first [as they take longer to ship] then we dispatch all our Western Australian orders. Wines will be dispatched from our Capel warehouse [at the very latest] 7 days from payment. Once dispatched, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery, the further away you are from us, the longer it will take. If you haven't received your wine with 14 business days, please call us on  9756 8577.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We enter your email address into the Australia Post tracking service and you should receive an email with the consignment number, which you can then track online at http://auspost.com.au/track/ Sometimes these emails aren’t received or are sent to your junk mail box. Please just let us know if you don’t receive yours.
