Family Tree Member Pack
Our next wine club shipment will be in Spring this year, the perfect time to receive some fresh wine as the weather starts to warm up and we start entertaining more.
Please take the time prior to September to log in to your account to ensure that you are happy with your current wine pack and selections. Please also check your:
- Shipping Address is correct
- Credit card has not expired
- Custom Wine selections are correct
When you are on our website you can login at any time by clicking the Login button located near the top right of the website. Once you are logged in you will also see your name at the top right of the website, you can click your name at any time to access your account details, shipping address, credit card details and edit wine club details.
EDITING YOUR DETAILS
In the Member Area you can edit your personal details under Edit Profile.
Credit Card details can be updated under Credit Cards. If adding a new credit card ensure you tick the box that says - Update your club membership(s) with this card.
You can edit your address under Address Book. Make sure you have ticked the box that says Update your club membership(s) with this address if this is the Shipping Address.
Finally you can view all of your club details under Edit Wine Club. Ensure your information is correct including the correct credit card and correct shipping address is selected.

We will start charging credit cards in September 2021. Once your card has been charged, please allow 5 business days for picking and packing of the orders.
We dispatch all our Eastern States orders first [as they take longer to ship] then we dispatch all our Western Australian orders. Wines will be dispatched from our Capel warehouse [at the very latest] 7 days from payment. Once dispatched, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery, the further away you are from us, the longer it will take. If you haven't received your wine with 14 business days, please call us on  9756 8577.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We enter your email address into the Australia Post tracking service and you should receive an email with the consignment number, which you can then track online at http://auspost.com.au/track/ Sometimes these emails aren’t received or are sent to your junk mail box. Please just let us know if you don’t receive yours.
WANT FREE SHIPPING?
All dozen memberships receive FREE freight. Shipping rates for the Six Packs are $10 in Western Australia and $20 to all other states. When you upgrade to a dozen you will receive FREE shipping automatically.
