Lovely lifted Chardonnay aromatics of stone fruit and citrus dominate the nose at this early stage. The palate shows nectarine, lime, lemon and subtle cherry fruits from the Pinot Noir addition.
Chenin Blanc but not as you expect. Tropical fruits, pawpaw skins and honeysuckle give way to a lovely dry but textured palate.
A nice cross section of fruit flavours, good palate texture and fresh acidity are the hallmarks of our Pinot Grigio.
