WINEMAKING NOTES 
Made to preserve the generous ripe fruit flavours that are the hallmark of the great 2008 Margaret River vintage. The wine is characterized by soft dark berries and sweet vanilla oak. 

TASTING NOTES
A lovely example of a soft fleshy Margaret River Cabernet from a wonderful vintage. Ripe plums, dark berries together with dusty French oak make this a great drink. Medium weight with lovely perfume the 2008 Embers Cabernet will drink well for the next couple of years.
