Late harvest bunches have made a delicious fruit driven dessert style. Cool fermentation using sugar tolerant yeasts in stainless steel. The Late Harvest Riesling is a semi sweet style which will compliment cheese and desserts.
 
TASTING NOTES
Lovely lifted fruit flavours in the pineapple, dried pear and apricot spectrum. Nice clean dessert style with good acidity and a clean finish. This Late Harvest Riesling will drink beautifully over the next few years.
