WINEMAKING NOTES
Ideal growing conditions have helped to produce a wonderful 2009 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. Fresh lemon blossom and citrus dominate the nose and palate. Lovely texture and fresh acidity are also hall- marks of this years wine. The SBS wine style is now very much synonymous with the Margaret River region.

The mainstay white wine in any Margaret River Portfolio. A lively, crisp style that shows fruit flavours in the citrus, stone fruit and gooseberry spectrum. The perfect summer wine in a category that Margaret River has long owned. A trophy winner at the 2009 Margaret River wine show, this wine is a benchmark example that continues to turn heads in the greater wine world.
