Returns & Cancellations
Flametree Wines will always endeavour to take the utmost care in packing your wine orders. If, on the rare occassion, an incorrect item has been shipped, Flametree Wines will refund or replace the bottles concerned, including shipping fees. Flametree Wines requires that the incorrect items are returned withing 21 days of the initial delivery.
We will, at our discretion, replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement within 14 days of delivery. We are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed products.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. If you believe your wine was damaged in transit, you must inform Flametree Wines within 14 days of delivery. On accepting your claim, Flametree Wines will, at its discretion, replace or refund the goods including shipping fees. We do require you to return the damaged goods within 21 days so that we may take action with the carrier.
A 15% (or whatever you want the percent to be) restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
