Hand harvested organic fruit. Trio sorted, no pumps, 15 days on skins and wild ferment. Basket pressed into old oak for 8 months. Finished in AMPHORA for tannin blance & minerality. Unfined.

Red fruits in the mulberry and cherry spectrum. Hint’s of chocolate, tea leaves, earth and leather.
Medium weight with grainy tannins.

Approachable, enjoy-now style with nice savoury notes.
